We'll collect the placenta from your home or hospital — our riders will get in touch with you personally.

Preparation & Handling

The placenta is properly cleaned, wrapped, and prepared according to Islamic guidelines.

Burial Arrangement

Our team conducts the burial at an approved site in Singapore, following local regulations and with full adab.

Photos of Completion

Parents receive photos confirming that the correct placenta was collected and properly processed. Please note that no photo of the burial itself can be provided, as photography is not permitted at the cemetery.

Good to know before you book

A few important details to help the collection and burial go smoothly.

Weekend collections

  • No collection services over the weekends.

Missed handover fee

  • A $35 fee applies if our rider arrives at the allocated pickup point but no one is at the hospital or home to hand over the placenta.

Storage requirements

  • Hospital: Keep the placenta in a ziploc or cooler bag until handover.
  • Home: Keep the placenta in a ziploc or cooler bag until handover. If collection is a few days after birth, store it in the freezer until then.

Collection procedure

  • On collection day, once notified, you may hand over directly to our collection rider.
  • Alternatively, leave it in a secure, accessible location for pickup.

Burial policy

  • A representative may be present to witness and verify the burial.
  • No photography is permitted during burial (cemetery regulations).
  • Proof of collected & processed placenta will be provided via WhatsApp.

Please Take Note!

1. Weekend Collections

  • No collection on Weekends

2. Client Advisory

  • If collection window is missed → clients are advised to store placenta at home until the next available slot
  • For hospital births, clients are advised to bring placenta home if the hospital cannot store it.

3. Storage Requirements

  • Clients are advised to refrigerate the placenta after birth.
  • Until handover, placenta must be kept in a cooler bag or insulated
    container.

4. Collection Procedure

  • Collection available at home address or hospital.
  • On collection day, once notified:
  • Option 1: Hand over directly to collection officer.
  • Option 2: Leave in secure, accessible location (with cooler/insulated
    storage).

5. Burial Policy

  • No photography permitted during burial (cemetery regulations).
  • A representative will be present to witness and verify every burial.
  • Proof of completion will be provided via WhatsApp
