1. Product and Services Terms & Conditions

Placenta Burial

  • Orders must be placed by 5PM (SGT). Same-day collection is not available(Case to case basis)
  • Cancellation requires 24-hour notice. No refunds will be issued for cancellations if the placenta has been collected
  • Rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice, subject to rider availability.
  • The burial will take place 5–7 working days after collection due to the washing and cleansing process. In the event of bad weather, the fulfilment time may take longer.
  • Collection will be arranged on weekdays (Monday–Friday), based on your location and our preset logistics schedule. Weekend and public holiday collections are not available. The earliest available collection will be on the next working day after order confirmation.

Tahnik & Tahlik

  • A minimum 3-working-day buffer is required for booking. For example, if you place your order today, it will be reviewed and confirmed by the next business day, and the earliest available appointment will be 3 working days later.
  • Customer must prepare basic items (dates, tissue, bowl, etc.).
  • Cancellation: 48-hour notice required; No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Service is conducted on the appointment date selected by the customer. Availability may vary based on our Ustaz's schedule and should be booked in advance to secure your preferred slot.
  • Rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice, subject to asatizah's availability.

Aqiqah (Mecca, Indonesia)

  • Subject to availability in destination countries.
  • Fulfilment for Aqiqah may take up to 4 weeks.
  • General proof of slaughter will be provided (photos or video).
  • Animal selection, slaughter, and distribution are carried out in accordance with Islamic guidelines.
  • No specific date selection is allowed; slaughter will follow scheduled batches

Newborn Packages (e.g. 3-in-1 Package)

  • Includes a combination of Aqiqah, Tahnik & Tahlik, and Placenta Burial.
  • Estimated Fulfilment Timelines:
    • Aqiqah: Up to 4 weeks
    • Tahnik & Tahlik: follows appointment date
    • Placenta Burial: Within 5- 7 business days from booking
  • Each service will follow its own fulfilment timeline. The overall fulfilment of bundled packages may vary depending on the individual components included.
  • Package prices apply only when booked as a bundle.
  • The individual Terms & Conditions of each included service still apply when purchased as part of the bundle.

Food Pack Distribution (Mecca & Egypt)

  • Estimated distribution time: 14–30 working days. If the fulfilment team is unable to distribute within the current month due to unforeseen delays or access restrictions, the order will be distributed in the following month.
  • Orders are submitted to the fulfilment team within the same week of successful transaction.
  • Photos shown are general proof; personalised documentation is not provided.
  • Cancellation allowed within ≥24 hours of order placement, 
  • provided the order has not yet been submitted to our fulfilment team.

Palestine Products

  • Fulfilment may take extended time due to border restrictions and security clearances.
  • Our fulfilment team on the ground requires time to safely access and distribute aid in the designated areas.
  • General proof of distribution will be provided; we will upload in our website and also social media, personalised updates are not provided.
  • If distribution cannot be completed within the current month, the order will be scheduled for the following month.
  • Cancellations and refunds are not allowed once the order has been submitted to our ground team.

Subscription Products: Palestine Subscription & Weekly Online Subscription

  • This is a subscription-based product, and you will be billed automatically every month on the same date as your initial order. For example, if your first purchase was made on the 10th, subsequent payments will be charged on the 10th of each following month.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by reaching out to us via WhatsApp at 8505 7611. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the classes until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our support team.

Waqaf Water Pump

  • Orders are submitted to the ground team within the same week of successful transaction.
  • Cancellation may be allowed if made ≥24 hours before submission to the fulfilment team. However if the order has been submitted to our fulfilment team, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
  • Due to partner scheduling and batching, fulfilment may take up to 6-8 weeks.
  • Proof of completion (photos/videos) will be provided via email or WhatsApp.
  • We are currently experiencing an exceptionally high volume of Waqaf orders. As a result, fulfillment for all projects may take longer than the estimated timeline stated above. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to fulfill every Waqaf with care and transparency.

2. General Terms & Conditions

  • All prices are in SGD, inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • Customers will receive confirmation via email/WhatsApp with full order details (where applicable).
  • Service delivery is subject to availability and external conditions.
  • Any incorrect input (names, addresses) is the customer’s responsibility.
  • E-certificates and e-photos will be sent within 3-5 working days after service completion (where applicable)
  • For services involving physical collection, customers must ensure availability during the agreed window and respond promptly to coordination messages.

4. Discount & Offer Terms

  • Promo prices apply only during campaign periods.
  • Discounts apply only to the base price; surcharges still apply.
  • Bundled prices only apply when selected as bundles.
  • Offers cannot be combined unless stated.
  • All promotions are valid while supplies last or until the stated campaign end date, whichever comes first.
  • Al-Fajr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.
  • Discounts and vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or credit unless otherwise stated.

5. Additional Terms

Fulfilment Timeline & Delays

  • Service timelines are estimated and may be delayed due to local/regional issues.
  • Delay due to force majeure (e.g. conflict, weather, political unrest, or operational constraints) does not warrant refund.
  • Al-Fajr will not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or emotional distress resulting from fulfilment delays.

Proof of Fulfilment

  • Distribution photos are general, not individualised unless stated.
  • Names submitted must be final upon checkout and cannot be amended post-confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to determine the form of proof provided (photos, videos, or logs).

User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and complete details (e.g. names, addresses, contact numbers).
  • Al-Fajr is not responsible for failed delivery or fulfilment due to user error or unresponsiveness.
  • If customers are unreachable after multiple contact attempts, the order may be delayed or cancelled without refund.

Religious Disclaimer

  • All services are conducted according to standard Islamic guidelines and in consultation with qualified scholars.
  • Interpretations and practices may vary by madhhab or region; customers are advised to seek clarification from their own scholars if in doubt.

Privacy Policy

  • Customer data is used solely for service coordination, fulfilment, and communication.
  • No personal data is sold or shared without explicit consent, unless required by law or regulatory authority.

Legal Right

  • Al-Fajr reserves the right to decline service, cancel orders, or offer alternatives where necessary.
  • We also reserve the right to refuse service to customers who are abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant.
  • Any misuse of platform (fraudulent activity, false claims, chargebacks without cause) will result in a permanent ban and possible legal action.
