Food Pack Distribution ≥24 hours after order placed Full refund; no refund if less than 24 hours after order plade / once order submitted
Weekly Online Class Fajr+ Subscription Cancel anytime No refunds will be issued for the remaining period. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our support team.
Palestine Products ≥24 hours after order placed Full refund; no refund once dispatch has occurred
Waqaf Water Pump ≥24 hours after order placed Full refund; no refund once submitted to fulfilment team

Placenta Burial

  • Cancellation Window: ≥24 hours before collection
  • No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before collection or once collected
  • Collection available on weekdays only
  • Burial takes place 5–7 working days after collection (weather permitting)

Tahnik & Tahlik

  • Cancellation Window: ≥24 hours before appointment
  • No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment

Aqiqah

  • Cancellation Window: ≥24 hours after order placed
  • Full refund available
  • No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours after order placed or once submitted

Newborn Packages (Aqiqah, Tahnik & Tahlik, Placenta Burial)

  • Refunds follow the terms of each component service
  • Each service has its own fulfilment timeline and refund condition

Food Pack Distribution

  • Cancellation Window: ≥24 hours after order placed
  • Full refund available
  • No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours after order placed or once submitted

Weekly Online Class Fajr+ Subscription

  • Cancel anytime
  • Non-refundable once charged
  • Access remains valid until end of billing cycle

Palestine Products

  • Cancellation Window: ≥24 hours after order placed
  • Full refund available
  • No refund once dispatch has occurred
  • Fulfilment may extend beyond current month due to border conditions

Waqaf Water Pump

  • Cancellation Window: ≥24 hours after order placed
  • Full refund available
  • No refund once order is submitted to fulfilment team
  • Fulfilment may take 8–12 weeks
  • Proof will be provided via photo or video

General Refund Terms

  • Refunds are only applicable when cancellations are made within the stated cancellation window and before the order is submitted to our fulfilment or ground team.
  • No refunds will be provided once an order has been submitted, dispatched, collected, or fulfilled.
  • For time-sensitive services (e.g. Placenta Burial, Tahnik), late cancellations will not be entertained due to coordination, preparation, and manpower allocation.
  • All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
  • Refund requests must be made via our official enquiry form or WhatsApp channel.
  • Duplicate or fraudulent refund claims may result in account suspension or rejection of future requests.
  • Service fees, if incurred due to fulfilment attempts (e.g. failed collection or delivery), may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds are not issued for all products and services once fulfilment is underway or completed.
  • In the event of service disruption due to public holidays, force majeure, or regional restrictions, refunds are not guaranteed but will be assessed case-by-case.
